Two established revenue cycle firms bring nearly nine decades of combined coding, billing, and reimbursement experience to Radiant's growing operations
GLEN ALLEN, Va. — June 9, 2026 — Radiant Healthcare, a provider of credentialing, provider enrollment, and revenue cycle services, today announced the acquisition of two established revenue cycle management firms: Ebix Inc. of Greendale, Wisconsin, and Pro Med Billing of Midland, Michigan. The transactions deepen Radiant's coding, billing, and other revenue cycle capabilities, broadening the operational support it provides to healthcare clients across the United States.
Founded in 1977, Ebix Inc. has provided medical coding, billing, and revenue cycle management services to healthcare providers for nearly five decades. Pro Med Billing, founded in 1987, has served healthcare practices with billing and reimbursement services for more than 35 years. Together, the two firms add long-standing client relationships and deep domain experience to Radiant's existing credentialing, enrollment, and revenue cycle operations.
